Planning information

Tools provide preliminary planning information from your own inputs. They do not provide engineered design, code determinations, audited accounting, a binding estimate or a guarantee of project outcomes. Review scope, obligations and site requirements with qualified professionals.

Engagement scope

A consultation request is not a service contract, appointment, software subscription or automatic vendor assignment. Delivery markets, responsibilities, licenses, insurance, pricing and the contracting entity must be confirmed in a separate agreement.

Independent brands

BRICK Systems and Bid Ranking are independent services. A Bid Ranking membership does not include commercial management or maintenance services. This public site currently provides information, browser-based planning tools and consultation intake; it does not provide a production multi-user project-management portal.
