01 / PROJECT DELIVERY

Commercial Construction Project Management

Plan commercial projects from scope and preconstruction through field coordination, cost review and closeout. Discuss your operating requirements with BRICK Systems.

PHASE 01 / OPERATING APPROACH

Define the job before the job defines you.

A clear owner. A defined next action. Evidence that the work is ready to move forward.

Discuss your workflow ↗

Scope & responsibility

Identify deliverables, exclusions and accountable parties.

Budget & procurement

Separate allowances, commitments and long-lead decisions.

Baseline & approvals

Confirm schedule, current documents and required sign-offs.

Preconstruction clarity

Organize scope boundaries, quantities, materials, sub responsibilities, schedule dependencies and procurement questions before work starts.

Construction coordination

Define field updates, daily priorities, issue escalation, review owners and the evidence required for approvals.

Financial control

Separate approved budgets, actuals, outstanding commitments and unapproved exposure. Use the workbench to prepare a preliminary forecast.

Closeout requirements

Agree on punch-list responsibilities, inspection evidence, as-builts, manuals, warranties and final reconciliation.

Build the management scope.

Management responsibilities, software requirements and contractor services are scoped separately. Licensed trade work must be performed by appropriately qualified providers.
